The flat was in a great location near bars and restaurants. The hosts provided detailed instructions for checking in. The flat was clean and the main bedroom bed was very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, and in an excellent location. Very close to the city centre, but quiet. The free parking was great, as parking in Norwich is very expensive.
Nothing, but maybe it would be useful to have an information pack about the apartment/facilities nearby etc?

Quiet clean and comfortable - good mattress and shower. Light and spacious. Great location.
Bit grotty outside round the parking.

Beautiful and clean flat in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Would definitely stay here again.
The corridor smells funky but luckily this doesn't seem into the flat.
