The place is pretty phenomenal. Its a private little suite so you get the room and a private deck. The deck looks out to the water from one side and the sea water channel river from the other. You get the same view from top of the bed as well. If you want to get closer to the water, its within maybe 20-30 steps to cross the street and there are chairs already there that you can use to watch the tide come and go. The local people are super nice and friendly and will all say hi and invite you to things if you engage. You can also walk 10 min or drive 3 min around the shore for more beach and rock beds to sit and watch the water. There are quite alot of beach bars around the road and they have live music in the evening. There's also a small local self serve farm stand 10 min away and blaine downtown is only about 15-20min drive away and is super cute. Uber eats delivers from Bellingham so really there wasnt anything I couldnt have even if I didnt leave the place. I didnt cook but the kitchen seemed stocked. Shower was clean and water was hot. I dont have anything bad to say about the place. They are also pet friendly and spend most of their time sniffing the salt air on the deck or looking at the ocean from the top of the bed out the window.

Was cute & very comfortable. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking across street & watching the sunset absolutely amazing.

The bed was super cozy, and while it was a smaller unit, the layout maximized the space. The patio right outside the door was also really lovely; when we visited it was too cold and rainy to use, but it’s an awesome perk!
