i liked the privacy and the cleanliness of the room. The shower was probably my favorite part!
on site laundry option, bed could be a little better, but it wasnt bad.

The location is perfect: walking distance to downtown, Eola lake and all its diversions, several hip neighborhoods surrounding the hotel, and one block from the best Italian restaurant in Orlando IMO
The mini split in-room ACs are very loud, but that’s the nature of the technology.

The location is very nice, its quite and close to the park
There wasn’t really anything we disliked; the stay met our expectations.

Great location & quiet
Potential termites in house. Black little things that collected on the floor by the bed( gritty feeling on feet ) and on kitchen counter. I cleaned the counter & when I returned, more black dot things. Text host & never got response to maneuver AC. Figured it out on my own. Dirty headboard & very short mattress, I’m 5’4, and my head was at top, toes off mattress end.
Potential mold in bathroom ceiling. Only 2 towels provided for a 2 night stay. Kinda smelly in unit.
