The apartment is sitting high hence you have a beautiful view to the whole city and to the mountains. Drawback of this is that you have to climb high, so if you don't want to climb every day consider this during your choice. I saw this comment on earlier reviews but believe me elder local people climb those steps 3 times a day. The seashore is about an 8 minutes walk through the old town where you can buy delicious ice cream, pizza slices and other stuff. The beach has several areas where you can swim freely and you don't have to rent any sunshade. Some other parts of Italy you can't stay on the beach without renting a sunshade. The owner was helpful we could keep in touch via Whatsapp. The rooms were perfect size for three of us. Both rooms has air conditioning. They have washing machine but not have a dish washer. Microwave oven and coffee maker plates and cutlery is there. They even provided a small package of dishwasher kit that is good for the first few days until you get settled. We did climb up to Monte Piccaro (Madonnina della Guardia) from where you have a beautiful view to the whole city. I recommend to start your hike after 7 PM during summer because of the heat and high humidity. Overall it's a really good place with nice people. I highly recommend.

There was no such thing.
