Good location, close to City Hospital railway station, buses and Belfast city centre 20 minutes walk away.
Nice view from the 13th floor, cosy and a good shower.
Has an oven/microwave and cooktop, fridge but no dishwasher.
TV worked easily and well.
Didn’t like that the property guide - including the wifi access codes - were from a QR code, which we couldn’t use due no sim.
From my feed back I believe that is being corrected.

Good location and free parking and a warm apartment
No idea how to operate the oven, your man came round and he had no idea either, no instructions on how to operate it. We bought food to cook and ended up having to throw it away!!
