When we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely Jill.
We had booked a family room and it had everything we needed. A nice bed for us and a nice sofa bed for our daughter. The size of the room was huge!
We had a fridge, coffee bar and closet for storage.
The bathroom was so pretty and convenient.
Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was great - the person who was managing the staff at Breakfast was brilliant - but needs to train the staff to help him. If they turn out as good as him you have a winning team
Reception was (and has been each time we visited) poor - nobody at the desk and have to go hunting for them. No offer of apology just blame that they have other jobs to do with the bar/restaurant, instead of addressing customers obvious sign of annoyance. Surely greeting someone at reception is the FIRST impression that a guest gets of the facility, not being present and blaming it on all the other jobs they have to do is just WRONG

We had an enormous suite comprising a large sitting room, good-sized bedroom and bathroom. There were two large TVs, one in the sitting room and the other in the bedroom, the bed was huge, the shower was wonderful and there was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space for clothes. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast excellent and there was very little not to like.
We couldn't get the AC to work as it should but coped OK without it. The traffic noise, which some reviewers mentioned, was occasionally noticeable but not a problem for us.

Modern clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Good beds. Fluffy towels.Helpful staff. Good parking.
It is relatively new and lacks character.
No dressing gowns or slippers in bedrooms.
It advertises a restaurant but that is misleading as it does not offer evening meals. Breakfasts are good but limited by today's offering in other hotels
Their spa is shut.
It is at least a ten minute walk into the town centre. This is a problem in bad weather considering the restaurant is not open in the evening.
