I loved the hospitality. Staff seemed happy and extremely helpful
The atmosphere was clean and vibrant.
Maybe we can know what floor we'd be on before time.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather in Hoi An. The rooms are clean, the toilets are very clean, and the showers are great.
There's nothing to complain about. Everything here is great.

I especially thank to Toi (i hope i wrote her name) , so nice and positive girl at reseption - she upgrade our room and helped a lot.
Breakfast is really nice and open buffet.
If you want to go a tour or hire a taxi for airport : they do all with really good prices.
There are unlimited drink time at 6.45 pm
Location is really , banks - kfc … all next to you
Beds are the only problem about this hostel, especially if someone is at upper bed - it’s like a earthquake .

Location was close to old town and quiet street. Breakfast ok- eggs made to order. Friendly staff
No hot water- switch was taped over so you could not turn it on. The balcony was tiny and shared with another room. Very hard bed- like a rock. Had a pool but never used it due to its location - next to reception and undercover. Very quite so no real vibe and no sociable area- may be due to low season
