Location , size, communication with owner
I had stayed in the upstairs part of the home a couple weeks ago and it was nicer more amenities cleaner , decorated nicer. so compared to the other level it wasn't as nice. It looks like they are still renovating the downstairs and once they are finished I think it will be as nice as the upstairs.

On the water, relaxing.
Would love to have had better access to the front porch.

We really liked the convenience of walking to town.
I did not like that we were not able to use the boat due to the cold weather and choppiness.

The location made walking around Mount Dora easily accessible. The duplex faced Lake Dora, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.
The listing states, "Lakefront Duplex with Pontoon Boat 2 bedroom home." I was surprised to find out that to use the pontoon would cost me $528.00 for 2 days. I thought this was deceptive, and I was angry we did not have a boat to use.
