Very easy to locate, The Maison is truly wonderful, recently built, light, spacious and airy. The furnishings and decoration are simple yet tasteful, the sofa is commodious and the beds are comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry provides a washer-drier, ideal if the weather is inclement. We found the house spotless and inviting. The hostess is a lovely lady who lives next door; she is keen to ensure that your stay is enjoyable yet she remains unobtrusive. She even baked a delicious cake for us! Close to Caen and a comfortable drive from Bayeux, the house is useful for exploring the Normandy countryside, the D-day landing beaches and the coast in general. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The road outside is somewhat busy during the day, but at night there was no traffic, so no worries about anything but a blissful sleep.

Dejlig rummelig. Terrasse med grill. Nyt og lækkert. Vaskemaskine. Super venlig værtsfamilie. Perfekt lokation for vores udforskning af Normandiet. Egen p-plads. Bager tæt på.

Knagende senge. Slidte skuffer i køkkenet. Vi manglede en opvaskemaskine.
