National Hotel

I don't know,, if the breakfast was complementary or not. If it was, they didn't tell me that it was complementary

They didn't tell what is included in the rent.

Staff,location

floor , bed sheets and toilet was not clean and enough

It was clean and the staff was so helpful and supportive. The location was very good you can get everything in walking distance the ATM was just below it. Restaurants bus stops metro and everything like salon etc were accessible.. the room was huge clean and cooled. But the best thing about this hotel is staff the night duty receptionist helped me so much in recommending a salon a restaurant to eat and iron my tie in the middle of the night . hotel he was such a sweet person and the next day morning staff helped me with his own tie. I liked his tie so I asked to exchange and he did. He really saved me I had an important meeting. I couldn't say thank you to all the staff I hope they read this review.

Good for the value of money and location. I recommend it for budget seeking people.

Lift out of order 2 days and hot water available for a very short time period
