Excellent location, spacious back garden, quiet and secure location. Lovely beach nearby, lots to see and do in the area.
Front door wasn’t clean on arrival, there was bird poo all over the upstairs bedroom windowsill, tan marks on the downstairs toilet seat, no instructions for facilities - how to heat water for a shower etc. Leak in the downstairs bathroom. Minimum supplies - 1 tea towel.
Towels available for rent but some had seen better days. No iron/clothes horse was broken.
House manager replaced iron and clothes horse, fixed leak in the bathroom and was very helpful.
It might be worth telling people they need to bring their own cleaning supplies / washing up liquid/hand soaps etc
