It's such a beautiful flat with a great view. It's 10 minutes walk uphill from the seafront but it's really worse it cause you can see all around from there and you will not find such a beautiful and modern flat with that view for that price next to the seafront! We can definitely recommend it!) Many people mentioned noise from the warehouse downstairs but we didn't hear anything. They were coming to work at 10 not earlier and we didn't hear much noise even being at the balcony.
A lot of garbage around the building but it's not a fault of the owner, just don't look down)) The building itself and flat is very beautiful and clean. As for me tea was missing but there were other things that we appreciated!)
