The location was great and accessible to where I needed to be, the people staying there (residents and other holiday goers) were all friendly, very nicely decorated space with good amenities and the owner is great at communicating each step along the way with you!
There was only two bottles of conditioner in the bathroom so make sure to take extra toiletries with you, the bath was not operational (the owner did let me know about this on arrival) and would've loved to have used it as it's a great size & the room allows a lot of light in (despite the blackout roll down blind). The pillows weren't comfy (for me) but this is subjective to each person's preference.

Good location and the staff were helpful. Air con worked well.
The group kitchen was not in a good state. I specifically wanted somewhere I could cook my breakfast and perhaps a casual evening meal. The shared kitchen had hotplates that were very old and rusty. the overall look was rundown.
I could not get the TV to work and there were no instructions. If you have TV on the wall it should be easy to work. The overall look and feel was a bit on the rundown side. The shower was in an enormous (non working) spa. Not easy to access.
