The property is newly renovated, spacious and clean, very near to arsenale( if you here for biennale). Food outlet and restaurant are just one street away.

We felt lucky to find this place over the crowded New Year holiday. We expected to pay a premium price, which we certainly did, but overall it was a good experience and we were pleased. The Host was responsive/flexible and the place was well furnished and clean. I prefer to stay outside the center and in my opinion this location is ideal (photo of street). When we were looking for a good place to see the fireworks, we found one, right at the end of the street (see photo). I would rent it again, given a more normal price. We were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality espresso capsules (photo) and nice bathroom.
It's a couple of floors of steep stairs up, which is normal but probably not ideal for everyone. It's a very basic 2-bedroom apartment, comfortable and clean, not cramped, but not luxurious either, no view or frills.

Plašas telpas. Tīrs un kārtīgs. Svaigs remonts.
