Camera molto carina e grande per 3 persone. Perfetta per alloggiare una notte in attesa del volo per il giorno seguente.

Purtroppo l'indirizzo che abbiamo fornito al tassista ci ha portato da un'altra parte e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a capire dove si trovava l'alloggio. Era piena notte ed eravamo preoccupati dato che non c'era anima viva intorno a noi e non avevamo internet. Fortunatamente poi dopo 20 minuti che abbiamo girato nei dintorni l'abbiamo trovato, ma è stato angosciante. Anche perché poi non avevamo la possibilità di contattare nessuno dato che si trattava di un self check in ed era tardissimo.

The room was big and the beds were confortable. It is only 10 minutes walk from Stansted Airport. There was a kitchenette with a fridge that we could use.

There are two separate rooms in the flat so we had to share the one toilet and one shower betweem 8 people. Not really what we expected.

Perfect overnight stay needed before my flight out. As there was a large group of us, we took up the whole apartment so it felt more private than if it was shared. Easy and convenient, staff were lovely and great transfer service to the airport for better convenience!

A lot of things were either broken or out of order. The air con is the main one. There also wasn't any soap and toilet paper on arrival.

When we came into the room, we turned the light on but the lights didn't work. The owner gave us a small light but with my sighting I couldn't see very well so I had to take the lamp in the waiting room into our room to see. The owner didn't tell us the light didn't work and I did send him a message after we arrived and he responded with "the electrician can't come until Monday to fix it'. He shouldve told us lights didn't work. Also the pressure of the shower was really bad. It took me atleast 20+ minutes to wash my hair and body because the pressure was so bad. The room was nice and clean and close to the airport as we wished but with the other points that i mentioned it made our stay not so pleasant. .In my opinion, the price of stay is overpriced as we only stayed one night (3people) and the conditions wearnt as expected and told as be. In the booking, the transport to the airport was included as free, but the day before the arival, the owner contacted us telling us the transport has to be payed for (£5 a person). Because of that we had to walk 20+ minutes in the early hours and dark to the airport. Regards Ilona
