The staff were very friendly and eager to help, even offering to clean the rooms. The place was affordable, with strong WiFi and good TV facilities. The location was convenient, near many attractions and amenities.
Despite previous feedback, the bath was not properly maintained. The management system was inadequate, as staff couldn't access Booking.com messages or change requests, leading us to rebook the entire property for each night we extended. There was limited flexibility with check-out times. Noise from parties and loud scooters outside was problematic.
