pleasant area, spacious, well organized, easy check in, helpful & responsive staff

the lounge was not super comfortable for the 3 of us

The positive aspect is that you can sleep peacefully and quietly, with no major noise disturbances. The beds aren't particularly comfortable, but you can still get a good night's rest. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly. The location is about 20–30 minutes from the main tourist attractions, which is perfectly fine as well.

To say the cleanliness was poor would be an understatement. Some areas of the property look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There were hairs, pieces of paper, and even a phone charger left by a previous guest under the bed. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong point. There were no utensils or drinking glasses available. The bidet/spray hose in the toilet was not working. I received the check-in instructions only 25 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. In my opinion, that's unacceptable, but apparently that's how they operate. If you're someone who cares a lot about cleanliness and attention to detail, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here. If you're like me and don't need luxury or perfect conditions, you may find the stay acceptable. I would not stay here again.
