The Apartment is great and has got all you need. The space has a good size sofa too. It has got central AC which is great during the hot periods. The location is great and you are staying between the tram station and the train station which was convenient especially when travelling to near buy towns and cities. The Host was very friendly and provided some extra information to help with our stay since it was our first time in Nice
Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable and if you are a tall person your feet will be hanging out the bed. If you like big pillows this wont be good for you as the pillows were paper thin.

Very nice welcome with the keys upon arriving at apartment.
Detailed info from owner re: what to visit, good eating places, where are train , bus, very helpful . Olivier was instant in replying always, with extreme politeness, a pleasure for conversation.
Location is perfect, far from the noise, walkable and good buses to places turistic.
