Jedyny minus to taki że gospodarz nie podał kodu do domofonu i jak jedzie się grupą to jednak jedna pastylka do otwarcia klatki jest uciążliwa

Die Lage direkt am Stadthafen an der Motlawa mit Blick auf das Krantor ist natürlich nicht mehr zu toppen. Das Appartment ist zentrumsnah, sodass man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß braucht. Gut war auch, dass wir eine funktionierende Klimaanlage hatten, wobei sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch beide Schlafzimmer separat steuerbare Geräte hatten.

Wir fanden den Checkin etwas kompliziert und ein Foto vom richtigen Eingang auf der Hofseite wäre hilfreich gewesen. Abgesehen davon, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer eine winzige fensterlose Kammer mit Luke zum Wohnzimmer war, müssen wir kritisieren, dass das Apartment mit 2 Badezimmern beschrieben ist, dass es aber tatsächlich nur ein Bad mit Dusche gab und dass das 2. Badezimmer lediglich ein WC + Waschbecken hatte. Da wir 2 Paare waren, hatten wir aber extra ein Apartment mit 2 Bädern gesucht.....das war also eine irreführenden bzw. falsche Angabe in der Beschreibung.

Beautiful apartment, terrific location, sparkling clean and tidy and very well appointed - particularly appreciated the bean-to-cup coffee machine ( and the coffee beans!) and the welcoming cans of. Sparkling water.

Access instructions were a little unclear. Only one fob for the apartment between three adults - would have been useful to have an alternative (eg entry code) too. Washing machine liquid would be good.

The apartment was beautiful, modern, and in a great location with a lovely view of the Old Town. The underground parking was also a big advantage.

Unfortunately, all of these positives were overshadowed by poor communication and a lack of organization. Check-in was supposed to be from 4:00 PM. When we called to ask how to access the apartment, we were told that all the check-in information would be sent at 3:00 PM. That time came, but we received nothing. We were then promised the information by 3:45 PM, but again nothing arrived. When we called again at 3:55 PM, we were told that the apartment had not yet been prepared and that the cleaning would only start then. We were promised it would be ready within an hour, but that did not happen either. In the end, we were only able to enter the apartment at 5:30 PM. The host apologized and promised some form of compensation, but three weeks have passed and we have not received anything. Very disappointing and frustrating… 5 from 10 only because if that…
