Great location. Near 24-hour convenience store and around 4-5 minutes walkable to Sapporo main area. A lot of good, affordable dining spots in the area. Locals were nice and welcoming. We loved our room! It exceeded our expectations and quite spacious! We were so comfortable and very at home. I appreciated the detailed manual for everything in the unit and even had good food and activity recommendations!
There was no dryer in the unit but no worries cause the balcony can serve as drying area as the heat from the aircon unit circulated in that area so all good!

The room wa relatively clean and guests can cook.
The multi-plug / extension cord was a plus cause the outlet for the kitchen was hard.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
The station is 15-20min away, with luggage in tow.
The convenient store nearby is a plus.
The lighting is not enough. It was dim. Sure if one is opting for warm cozy vibe. But when you are prepping, it was a little difficult.
The space is not enough if guests have large luggage.
The washing machine was a bit dirty and had a bit of molds. We wanted to clean before using but it was hard.
