Amazing view. Best beds of the whole trip. Super clean. Super helpful owners. Loved!

Nothing!!

Golden View as an amazing location and the view is truly GOLDEN! Our family had an amazing time and we would most definitely go back. Quick walk to town and all areas of Menaggio. Just up from the ferry to connect to all the other areas of Lake Como. All staff were cordial, accommodating and efficient with communications. Plenty of room for our family of 6 with lots of deck space on 2 sides of the house including outdoor seating, grill option and patio firepit. The reception staff went over all instructions upon arrival and she also provided excellent restaurant, activity, and gelato recommendations! We would love to return again in the future.

I rated 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10 because of the following -- unfortunately the a/c split units in each room did not work during our trip leading to a bit hotter than expected stay, especially in August. Prompt attempts at repairs on the day after our arrival were unsuccessful, as the needed parts were not readily available. The staff had clearly communicated this to us ahead of our arrival, and I do commend the staff for trying to fix quickly. The staff kept us updated and also provided us with portal a/c units and fans that provided some degree of improved comfort during the August hot weather. Otherwise no other concerns, and we did thoroughly enjoy our stay otherwise.

The location was great and good communication

No A/C and it was hot. Management assisted with two portable units but they did no covered the entire unit. It was an expensive rental and some reductions should have been offered.

The view and location of this property were fantastic! Beds were very comfortable.

Like many places in Italy, there were many stairs both indoors and out to access this property. The outdoor spaces could’ve been better maintained.
