First of all, the cozy atmosphere of the apartment.
We have picked the flat because of the washing machine (we came here for the marathon), and this was also the closest the the stadium (event start), but it was just the beginning... The lovely terrace at the top, the provided goods we get for free, the quiet neighborhood and on top of that here was the best internet speed I experienced on the Island yet. :)
We didn't need the ACs because of the cozy weather but there are 3 brand new premium LG air conditioners.
Everything was perfectly nice and clean.

There was nothing what We did not like, but if I have to say one... after the marathon I did not enjoy the stairs at all (just kidding). :)

The place was very convenient to a number of spots and very quiet. The facilities were excellent and the host was very responsive.
The only minor complaint was that while the a/c units on the first and second floor worked great, the third floor (bedroom) unit was not as efficient, so we were warm at night.

5 min vom Hafen entfernt.
