Beautiful Property. Location Perfect. Just what we were looking for for our family. Team was responsive. A must rent. We never ate out, loved it too much to leave except to ski. Walking to the bus stop. No noise, convenient. Loved it!!

This property is exceptional but if renting NOTE this end of the community is under extensive construction and although the property faces a pond there is extensive construction fencing and building construction within view. If more than 3 vehicle parking is very difficult. Aside from that the property is amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is unbeatable—being centrally located right between the town center and the mountain made our daily outings incredibly easy and convenient. What We Loved: The Amenities: The home itself is beautiful and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing and loved cozying up by the fireplace in the evenings. Fully Equipped: It truly has everything you need for a comfortable, "home away from home" experience. Things to Note: Noise & Privacy: Because of its central location, there is some road noise that can be annoying if you are sensitive to sound. Additionally, the proximity to neighboring houses felt a bit intrusive at times, so it's not the most secluded spot. Overall, if you're looking for a stylish home close to all the action, this is a great choice!

I would have left a 2 star review, but this platform has 3 stars as the minimum. Upon arrival, we found the upstairs guest bedroom had a maintenance panel on the wall that had been removed -- I had to put it up myself to prevent a safety hazard for my young children. This panel being off seems to have been related to an issue with the radiant floor heating, which was stuck *on* for our entire trip despite it being the middle of summer and extremely hot. Winter Park Escapes was responsive over email and sent out a technician twice, but they did not fix the stuck radiant heating (the wall panel was turned off the entire time), so each night the bedroom our children were supposed to sleep in was 78-79 degrees and the toddler floor bed we brought was like a pan being heated on a stove, which made it unsafe for our children to stay in the room. This meant 1 of the 4 bedrooms for our stay was completely unusable. Winter Park Escapes never fixed the issue, and it took 2 full days for them to realize it was the radiant floor heating that was the problem (initially they claimed it was a ventilation issue related to opening the windows or turning on ventilation, which we had done ourselves immediately on arrival and made the rest of the home very comfortable). They offered us nothing but a "we're sorry" after this very poor experience and we do not plan to stay with this company again given how dismissive they were of a safety issue. It's really a shame because the home itself was absolutely beautiful. Had Winter Park Escapes properly maintained the heating system, this would have easily been a 5 star stay.
