Excellent property , we enjoyed every moment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for 3 nights. The location is AMAZING. hands down. so close to everything, supper local. BUT the inside of this house is SO poor. The floor is filthy. We had our shoes off when we first got to the house and within an hour our feet were BLACK and sand was on our feet. Even though the floors were cleaned? The couches are so insanely used, uncomfortable and dirty. The property also only supplies ONE paper towel roll and TWO rolls of toilet paper for a house that sleeps 7-8. I literally laughed. When you are spending HUNDREDS of dollars a night and they can't supply more then 1 cheap paper towel roll. So I guess be prepared to go to the grocery store for your typical supplies. I have stayed at many rental houses and have never run into this before. There were false lashes left in the main bedroom sink. It just felt so dirty inside. Again, location is AMAZING. But the house is bare minimum.

We really enjoyed the place. Excellent location!! Could use minor updates, like new fans, but besides that it’s perfect.

Opening windows and using the fans provided was insufficient. There are no toiletries and the house was very dirty. It needs a deep clean. It's annoying you have to make the beds and remove the sheets when you come and go, especially because you pay for a cleaning service. Very outdated appliances, fridge door and wine opener broke. Furniture uncomfortable.

This is not a house I would ever rent again. Pros are location, acceptable kitchen size, and comfortable beds. The cons list out weighs the any pros. The cons are no AC which was extremely difficult with my infant. There aren’t enough open windows to get airflow. The windows that look out to the beach don’t open. The fans that were provided were absolutely filthy. Cups in the house were glass which isn’t best for a vacation house with tile floor. My two year old broke a class and we attempted to pick up the shatter glass but without a proper vacuum we couldn’t safely pick up all the glass. We did call Burr White the next morning and they promptly called a cleaning crew. However, they came without a vacuum. We still found class after they came which was concerning with my children. The couches were so dirty we had to put towels down to sit on them somewhat comfortably. The fridge does not get very cold. The listing suggested newly updated however that was not the case. Overall, not a house I would recommend or ever rent again.

Property was accurately described, clean and in a good location

Great place to stay especially if you have kids and want to be close to the beach and the Fun Zone.

We enjoyed being in the mix of everything,. Beach great, bikes on the boardwalk great!!!! Perfect spot for friends and family!

I love the rental. I would like to have a better ocean view. The sand hill made it hard to see the ocean from the first floor. The rental should include a parking pass because one car vechile is very hard to put in the garage.

Great place for a large family. Conveniently close to EVERYTHING! We’ll be back soon!
