Beautiful views, walking distance to marina, shops, restaurants. Southport is an adorable village and the condo was a comfortable place to come home to. We spent most of our downtime enjoying the deck and views.

Great location for a little weekend boating getaway. This cute little one bedroom condo is right in the marina and has everything you need. Restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great weekend here!

The VRBO was just as described and convenient to all we wanted to do. It was perfect for the 2 of us.

This place was PERFECT. The house was cozy and quaint. We had the best time lounging on the large porch and watching the world float by. My son and I spent every morning walking down to the docks to fish. My wife was able to walk to Yoga in the morning, and we could walk to the dockside restaurants every evening. What more could you ask for. The host was SUPER accommodating and made us feel at home. Thank you again. Will definitely be back.

Is close to restaurants and shopping with a fabulous view We boat watched, people watched and dog watched from the wonderful front porch.

Needed a little quaint place for a couple, and it was wonderful for being close to downtown and the marina where we had our boat docked. Lovely place. Well kept, clean and quiet, even with all the 4th of July activities! Hosts were wonderful!

Condo is located in a great location and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and water. There is some view of the water from the deck. Southport is such a fun and relaxing destination!!

We love staying in this condo. It was our second visit to this unit. The only issue we had were some renters in another unit that let their dog bark constantly so we couldn't enjoy use of the deck. We will definitely be back!

We visit Southport / Wilmington once a year because we enjoy it so much. First stay at this rental, and it was absolutely perfect for all of the locations we visit. Very peaceful and a great view of the marina. Much more space than expected, and a few minute walk to everything. Great communication, and great amenities for a small family of 3.

If you are familiar with Southport this property is in such a great location literally walking distance from everything. House met our needs great for the weekend and was clean had great communication with the owner if necessary. If you are looking for a small place in Southport this is a great option price was very competitive.

If you are looking for a town that is small, with great people, great food and laid back atmosphere this place is for you. A very dog friendly, people friendly town. This condo location is absolutely fabulous. Especially if you are going boating, the marina is at your doorstep. Fishy fishy cafe and restaurants and bar are within walking distance. So is Port City Java for morning coffee. Jessica is the absolute best! She is very responsive and helped anytime we asked. Everything at the condo was perfect. Definitely will stay again.

Can’t beat the location. Right in town but not busy busy part. Fun watching boats come and go from marina. Very clean and comfortable. Will return!

The air conditioning system did not work the entire weekend. We couldn't get the temperature below 72 the entire weekend.
We liked the place but the nights were very hot as we were outside during the day. You might want to check into that. Thanks for the late check out. Also I think I left a batter for my drone with the charger cord. The batter is a little larger than a credit card and about 1/4" thick. Please have cleaning crew look for it. Thanks

Loved Southport once again! Condo was perfect. Clean, with all the amenities we needed, wonderful views and excellent location. We're house hunting in Southport so we'll be back!

The condo is perfect for a couple traveling along, or with a couple of kids even. We parked the car and walked everywhere we went for 3 days. Couldn't have had a better stay.

Location is perfect, view is amazing, size for 2 is perfect. Only problem is was not aware had to provide own toilet tissue and internet was not available even though all my devices are 1 year or newer. Neighbor had internet . No, I did not contact property manager about it.

very nice small1 bedroom apt... tastefully decorated
nice out door covered area..... distant view of the river. Construction across the street detracts from the visit (NOT the owner's fault). Nice bathroom area but shower is like you find in an RV. Towels and amenities are provided by owner. Full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven and toaster. No cooktop. Keys are provided inside but they will NOT work to keep the front door secure!!! Must use the electronic lock. We had to figure out the best way to find our parking spot. I would encourage the owner to tell clients to come down Brunswick and not down West as many GPS will send you. The owner may have included this information and I simply missed it. My son and I enjoyed our stay and I hope to bring my wife back there in the fall.

My wife and I arrived to a key code entry that worked well. Had a few questions after arriving, all of which were answered almost immediately by Jessica. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
