The room was very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The pools are very clean, heated and large. We were able to get a towel refresh easily by texting linen supply.
It would be a good idea to have a few cleaning supplies available to wipe the sinks and kitchen counter, as well as a broom and dustpan for the dust on the balcony since there is no maid service for the week.

A third party that listed this place for the owner did not get me access to the property until 3:00pm the second day!!! I was told the first time i called for access to the property that someone would call me back within 24hrs! I ask for my first day to be refunded.
When I finally got a call back, It turns out property access details were sent from a 3rd party email (not Vrbo) that got caught in my spam folder.
While finally getting access a day late, all night long a piece of mechanical equipment was vibrating the roof all night long making sleep impossible. I checked out a day early.
I travel weekly. I never have issues and never complain. This trip with VRBO was a complete nightmare. I’ll go back to booking directly with Marriot Bonvoy and avoid displacement, loss of use and extremely poor service. Nightmare.

This property is well maintained, clean and quiet. There are plenty of activities, pools, gym and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully maintained grounds. Huge pool and facilities. Noise from Monterey when patio door was open. Tiny kitchen but then who cooks. Comfortable bed.

Nice enough resort in a good location. I wish you could know prior to arriving exactly where your room is located, what floor, what is it near or facing etc Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was in need of a major overhaul from furnishings to towels and linens. It does look like they are in the process of updating some of the rooms so some people will have enjoyed their stay more than us due to a more updated room and appliances. The soundproofing isn't great, you can hear people in the next room or walking past your room, you can also hear their tv or when their aircon goes on. We put towels under the doors at night incase of noise. We stayed three weeks and were told our room would be serviced once every week , its not enough. We wouldn't stay at this resort as long as three weeks again but may consider a night or two

Easy check in concierge was a little unorganized. We knew area better than him. Bar tenders and staff very polite and accommodating. Fantastic place to stay considering another long weekend in the near future. Absolutely beautiful property and pools.

The property was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the pool and amenities . Service was great and the workers were very polite.The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. Sitting in the patio and having a cup of coffee was nice.

The resort is beautiful and the amenities were our favorite part — the pools were all warm and plenty of options with four pools, tennis courts, golf putting, basketball and shuffleboard. Our kids loved it. The studio room was a bit small for our family of four, so we will need to upgrade next time (especially for a stay of 4+ nights). Service was great. Conveniently located off the highway and to most attractions.

The customer service during check in was refreshing. They were professional, friendly and made sure we were armed with all the info that the property has to offer. We were impressed how family friendly this property is! I especially love the communication via text regarding activities offered throughout the day for kids or adults, (as well as letting us know of any schedule changes). The room was clean. My husband and I loved the patio to sit and drink morning coffee. We are thankful for the excellent customer service; it really makes a difference! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Nice property. We were visiting family, so we didn't use resort amenities, but we liked the location, and thecroom was clean and well appointed.

The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is great, especially the water temp so that even on cool days it is nice and warm. Tennis courts are in good shape although from the pictures I thought that there would be more of them? Unfortunately, there are very few food options on-site. A Starbucks type cafe and pool bar/grill. You'll need a car to access restaurants, shopping, etc. I would stay here again when attending the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament as it is close to the venue (15 minutes). Just be prepared to reserve tennis time and have a car for dining, etc. The lack of on-site dining is the resorts biggest downfall. That and the fact that you can't really walk to any restaurants, etc.

This was a very beautiful resort with a gorgeous golf course that was extremely fun and exciting to play. The entire grounds were impeccable. My compliments to the entire organization for the way this complex is managed. Thanks to all.

This property is outstanding and the staff even better. They are really well trained in hospitality. I asked a few staff how they liked their jobs and always got more than a few words describing their job satisfaction.
The property is designed with special locations and amenities that focus on families, couples or seniors. One of the best resorts we've vacationed at.
