We actually felt this was one of the better places we stayed in as we traveled to several cities in Italy. The elevator was interesting but really the only complaint we had was there wasn't any blackout curtains, so the sun would come in quite early. There wasn't a safe either but we felt the room was secure. Air conditioner worked well and it was cleaned daily if we wanted.

Quite location close to termi station, places to shop, eat and sightsee. Modern looking room, clean, a/c. I am looking forward to stay here at the end of my trip

Great location and friendly staff that assisted with an early check in. The only negative would be that the sound insulation between rooms is non existent. This does mean that if you’re a light sleeper you will be woken up by others coming and going.
