Accommodation was nice and great location

The code i was emailes through booking.com was not the one to allow us to enter the front door. I would of like a host on-site to sort this out and somewhere to store luggage before check in as it was a late check in.

LOcation was best part. I felt pretty secure. Bed was good. EVerything worked as intended.

There was a leak in the bathroom which made noise sometimes. The rug kept folding everytime door opened. Nothing substantial.

Chartres St. is fun due to wedding parades passed below our balcony daily, once 4 times Saturday evening. Location was very convenient to restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon St, Canal St, trolley cars, the Aquarium and French Market. Used the onsite pool.

This was the first time I had stayed at non contact hotel. Likely I won’t do that again. Contact via text message was satisfactory, yet housekeeping staff hadn’t supplied toilet paper, coffee cups, and took three days before that and fresh linens and towels were dropped off at the room. On site supervision could improve the stay.

Great location, close to everything and safe to walk around. It was quiet and you don't hear music or noises from the street. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. Has a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Comfortable mattress.

First of all this is NOT a hotel,no concierge and if you arrive a few hours early you cannot get into the building! Sometimes codes are not working and you have to wait for some one to open the building door. The room I stayed in had no windows or balcony. The tiny window was facing the stairs and the holeway. So no outside lights and no view, very gloomy. In the shower there's a huge leak from the ceiling, bedside lamps and floor lamp don't work, the floor was sticky. This room needs a renovation.
