Just fabulous location adjacent to restaurants, Falmouth centre ,ferry to St Mawe's . Very special indeed with great comfort and access to swim in the harbour .Would love to return again.
You would need to be capable of walking up the steps to the town centre which offers a short cut otherwise it is fine to walk an inclined road way to the adjacent restaurants and gastro pub.

The location is stunning and the owners have provided everything you could need. The balcony, is there perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee.
The only way to improve would be to add a dishwasher.

View was the selling point, and parking.
Needs redecorating, paint peeling off the bedroom walls. single mattress very cheap and uncomfortable, I had to sleep on the sofa! My dad burnt his had in the kettle as the lid is poorly fitted. Would expect more for this price.
