It’s a beautiful property. It has more of a homestay vibe than a hotel, which is more pleasant. A big shoutout to DAN!, he made sure we were comfortable all the time, took us around the town, helped us with everything throughout. I would come back to the place only because of Dan’s hospitality.

There’s nothing i didn’t like about my stay here.

Great location approximately 15 minutes walk to the Tam Coc boat cruise ticket counter. Free bicycles made it easy to get around and it was very cheap and easy to get a grab if going further afield. Guest lounge area with tv and pool table was a very comfortable space. Dan was super helpful with activity suggestions and organising a car to transfer us to Hanoi.

The bathroom took a little getting used to with shower over bath without a curtain or screen. This meant the bathroom floor got quite wet. Easy fix with a shower curtain or even providing a squeegee to direct water into the drain.

We’ve been travelling for 8 weeks now and Dan is easily the best host we’ve had to date. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and went out of his way to recommend places to visit and make sure we had everything we needed. The room was big, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The location is also perfect — close enough to all the main spots in Tam Coc, but still peaceful and relaxing. We used the free bikes every day to explore the area, following Dan’s recommendations, and every place he suggested was absolutely beautiful. Having the bikes available made exploring Tam Coc so easy and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel, location and hospitality were all-round perfect. We couldn’t recommend Sana Villa and Homestay highly enough, and if we’re ever back in Tam Coc, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Lovely big room, spotlessly clean, and great bathroom! Hosts were really helpful, and location was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !
