Fantastic location, close to lovely restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Very clean, beds and sheets were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de Roma Termino y de monumentos importantes como la Fontana di Trevi y el Colosseum. El apartamento es muy amplio y genial para grupos

Close to everything.

The cleaning staff came way before 10:00 and we had to really rush. Alot harder with children.

Location and air conditioning.

Reporting because some property details on Booking are misleading: Elevator was external to the building and could only fit 2 people - 1 if there were luggage; it also did not stop on every floor which meant having to carry the luggage a flight of stairs minimum. Apartment was on the 3rd floor which means carrying luggage 6 flights of stairs if not using the elevator - this is not specified clearly in the detail of this property. The kitchen has a water tank that takes up half the area (not shown in the Booking pictures). Parking is not easily accessible and description says Parking on site. The door looks like it has been forced several times. The shower in Room 1 has grime in between the tiles and the rain shower has several openings that are calcified. Disappointing.
