The location is good as it’s close to many freeways! The rooms are large & comfortable and the owner is always warm & welcoming! The property manager is also very friendly and I appreciate her warmth! I’m informed by other renters that she has some ill health & is looking to hire an assistant property manager to alleviate her responsibilities for shared spaces cleanliness & safety! She does what she can but the bathtub & shower curtain had pink slime when I arrived so I to wash the curtain in the washing machine! Alas it melted some when I put it in the dryer to dry so I could put it back up to shower! I’m moving out this morning & my door got accidentally jammed while moving things out to my car! I messaged the property manager since 10:10am to come unlock the door for me so I can move out before 11am but she hasn’t responded to me & it’s 10:26am now. She knows that I am entitled to one free unlock & with the time restraints you’d expect that she would either send someone to unlock the door for me or at least acknowledge the message sent & advise me on next steps but none till now!

I really done like the shared kitchen & fridge as the entire area doesn’t provide a specific time when the property maintenance cleans these spaces eg: weekly, every two weeks or monthly! When I moved in the stairwell was quite filthy & I had to sweep & mop the entire stairwell & landing though there maybe heavy traffic but I wasn’t too happy with the cleanliness of the shared spaces especially the kitchen! I agree each kitchen user should clean after themselves but also considering there are short term & longterm stays, I believe management should also provide a schedule of shared spaces cleaning!

Very clean house in general including the room I stayed in. Refrigerator was organized by room.

I had a incident where I came in from doing errands. I came back in went up to my room and noticed I forgot my charger so I begin to go downstairs again but as I go downstairs there's a white guy completely naked and I'm pretty sure he was off of something I don't know what he was off of but he was off of something and later on I found out he was a guest but either way I went back to my room after dealing with him for a second and seeing if he was fine and I was trying to figure out if I should leave then or if I should stay out whatever I ended up watching a movie and halfway through the movie the fire alarm goes off for literally 5 seconds and I go outside of my room nobody else comes out of their room to figure out what happened I come out the room and I look down the stairs again and there he is this time fully clothed thank God and I asked him if he's okay he doesn't say anything and just walks away from the stairs I go back upstairs pack up all my stuff and I start to head outside as I'm walking towards the entrance because for some reason he's disappeared I'm guessing his room was wide open next to the door and his room was just totally trashed but either way I'm walking towards the door and it smells like piss and some type of other drug because it was Smokey as well either way I went out the door called the police and it was handled that night by the time I got back at 6:00 he was already kicked out and yeah and also I think I was literally the only room that didn't have a TV and I didn't expect to have Wi-Fi with no TV it didn't make any sense to me and I couldn't get another room that had a TV because all the rooms were occupied

Alissa is an excellent Property Manager, she keeps the house spotless and is quick and very efficient when communicating with her. The balcony and view is calming and scenic and the location is quiet and safe.
