De locatie, leuke omgeving op 5 min lopen van North Station
Heel erg oud pand dat voor ons gevoel op instorten staat. Zou nodig gerenoveerd moeten worden. Veel dingen in de accommodatie dus ook erg oud en kapot (bijv plafond/wanden enz)
Geen reactie van accommodatie op diverse vragen. Zelf achter de checkin gegevens moeten gaan en ook Booking.com hiervoor ingeschakeld

This was a great location. Check in was easy with door codes, but i did have to ask for codes the morning of check in. Listing says they will send it 2 days prior. Make sure to check the messages on booking, too, as they require you to send pics of your ID prior and fill out a form. The stairways are very narrow, so definitely not large suitcase friendly, but we knew that when we booked and had no problems. It was a quiet location other than street noise, but there is no getting away from that in Boston.
The staircase to go upstairs was a little scary with two steps that felt like you could easily fall through. The shower is really small and water goes all over the floor. Beds were hard, and even with a variety of different pillows, i couldn't find one that worked for me. The oven gets really hot. It was a little scary to see that some of the knobs were melted a lot..We were looking forward to the top story balcony but it appeared rotted out and not safe. It was covered with tarps and staging.

Value, location, cleanliness.
Response from management is the big one. Very, very stressful booking process from lack of communication from host and difficult booking.com customer service experience. Will not use this platform again.
