DO NOT BOOK. Cockroaches. An electrical fire hazard. Unresponsive host. This property is in such a bad condition, it’s

Was supposed to be the location but there was a massive road construction happening right outside the house. Disclosed to us only 1 day before the booking was to start and well outside the free cancellation period. The road was blocked so we could not get our car to the location. Not could we park outside the house. Which meant we had to lug all our suitcases back and forth from across the road.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. 1. Cockroach infestation even before we brought any food into the house. 2. An aircon leaking onto an elecrical radiator creating a genuine safety hazard. An unresponsive host. 3. Property was extremely rundown with stained linen, lights that did not work, an unsubtle patio/backyard area with nails sticking up out of the wooden deck. 4. Broken and unusable furniture. 5. No washing machine inside the unit, despite the description clearly saying so. 6. Booking.com and the host refused to let us out of the 9 night stay stating that it was an unrefundable booking. We finally absorbed the financial loss and moved out on day 2 out of a 10 day stay staying

Amazing Stay.

Easy access to areas we were going to be in for the weekend. A very friendly host that was easy to communicate with.

I can't think of anything.

Cute and cozy, wonderful addition to Austin experience.

How cutely everything was accommodated to the person staying! They had recommendations on things to do and the entire house was Austin Love!

The house may be more on the older side so floors creaking and little bugs crawling out of cracks may be inevitable but I certainly wasn’t expecting it.
