L'appartamento era luminoso e pulito, con spazi accoglienti
L'host super premuroso e ha sempre risposto in pochissimo tempo

Excellent location, 5 min to the sea and 5 min to train station and also 3 min to grocery and Restaurants. The apartment was very clean , air conditioning was very well working, and communication with Ivan was very good! We had a very pleasant stay .
Nothing to be improved

Great location
We thought we were staying in a bright, sunny apartment with a sea view balcony as that is what all pictures showed. Out apartment overlooked the washing lines of the neighbours and was dark. It was the complete opposite to the pictures. On saying this to the owners I was told that is what I booked. This apartment was not shown in photos so it was very misleading. I would not have booked it if I had seen the actual photos.
The coffee machine tripped the power when used.
Parking in the area is impossible, I would not stay here if you have a car.
Not suitable for 4 people as the only couch is in the small kitchen and converts to the second bed.
