Location, the pool
Needs some repair work. Very run down. No tv cable to aerial.connection. No effort to fix it. Seems it has never had a connection to an aerial. No wifi either. Unexpected insurance of $50 had to be paid after we had already paid. Should be more transparent. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 nights.

Location is amazing, right by the beach and nice local businesses.
Bottom floor is very nice with a nice cosy kitchen.
The single air con isn’t sufficient for the upstairs, leaving the bedroom uncomfortably hot during the night, would recommend a fan.
