The apartment was really beautiful , lots of space, everything looks new, kitchen is very good equipped , you have the oven , small coffee machine. Also you have an iron and the table for ironing. Terrace is also great, it has a lot of space. The apartment i not that far from the main street, maybe 5 minutes walk. You also have a lot of parking space etc..

Honeatly don't have nothing to complain.

The property completely met our expectations and everything was as advertised. The apartment is spacious, newly furnished, good utilities and appliances, there is a private parking spot and a balcony with good shade. It is located in a very quiet area, not immediately on the promenade as disclosed in the photos (the town center can get really busy anyways), however it was perfect for us to use as a quiet base to explore different beaches in Sithonia by car. The host met us at the property both at arrival and (a very early) departure and explained everything. There was nothing that we didn't like, just to point out to people that the best beaches in Nikiti are on the opposite side of the town so there is some walking if you plan to go there by foot. There are plenty of parking spots though and all the beach bars we visited had their own parking so this was of no issue to us. The property is located just 5-10 mins (by foot) away from Nikiti Marina and the restaurants are lined up on the promenade so it's quite good for an evening stroll.
