Excellent location, right on the square and 2 minute walk to the beach, pubs/restaurants at the door. Well insulated apartment so cannot hear any noise at night time. Really clean and user friendly apartment.

Very spacious apartment which was also very secure with a beautiful terrace area on the top floor which had a beautiful view, comfortable sitting room with good kitchen

The noise from the construction site below (bugibba square) was unbelievable and I have to say ruined the holiday, 7am every morning until 6.30 every evening the constant noise of rock breakers, con saws etc. We thought at least they would not be working at the weekend but on Saturday and Sunday constant noise, if you sat out on the terrace the noise was constant, two days we had difficulty leaving our apartment as the construction workers had both pathways to the apartment blocked off and were quiet annoyed when we tried to leave the apartment. The nearest the taxi could drop us to the apartment on arrival and departure was possibly was 700 metres away as roads were closed off. We took the red bus tours and construction appears to be everywhere so Malta need to be careful not to destroy their beautiful island. Bed very low to the floor so would recommend replacing the bed and no walk in shower in the apartment (shower in bath).

the fact that the hotel tried to take money out my account without discussing with me due to damage to the door, it was stuck when we first arrived couldent get in the apartment, I shoulder barged it after 20 minutes of trying to open it, I did try to phone the property owner multiple times, in that given circumstance I am not in the fault
