If you were doing anything on campus, this location put you within walking distance of any part of campus. There’s a convenience store right across the street or five restaurants within walking distance.
The bird is on the soft side I like a stripper bed, but that’s just personal preference that would be about the only thing I can think of

Didn’t know there was a breakfast. The upper common room and rooftop deck were so nice!
The pictures you have online don’t do justice to the actual rooms. Better pictures may get you even more business. Also the inside of the side entrance door should be cleaned or repainted. It was the only dirty thing I noticed.

The room was simply perfectly set up. Everything you needed was there and nothing extra. The design was cute and functional. What a good value!
We did trip a fuse towards the end of our stay - 2 computers and the AC. We couldn't reset, but it was time to go so we left. Sad we couldn't inform the owner, though.

What I like about the property is that it was clean. I like that it is somewhat eco-friendly.
There’s really nothing specific that I do or don’t really like about the place. It just smelt weird in my room and in my bathroom when I first came. Also, you can hear everything in the walls. The people right next to me where very loud, and I could hear their TV.
