Posizione, grandezza appartamento, parcheggio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Very spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, 15 minutes from historical center. Communication overall was very good although the forms needed for tourists are unnecessarily complicated and we had to fudge some answers to get approval. We appreciated the effort to allow us access earlier than specified check-in time. Quiet location surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants (we would recommend La Ferramenta Del Gusto Emiliano - fabulous dinner). Appreciated the coffee capsules and bottle of water in the fridge. Although we didn't cook there the kitchen seemed to be fully kitted out. Spacious store/dressing area off the bedroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs for evening aperitif.

Minor issue - curtains are thin nets that let in a lot of light and don't really work as people can see in with the lights on. They also unhook easily when you try to draw them back to access the balcony.

Spaziosa accogliente e in una buona posizione
