Good location for us.

Small en-suite with extremely bad and noisy plumbing on the toilet

Lift out of action for the whole of the stay, which was challenging for two seventy-plus aged people.
Internet out of action, but fixed with the help of the owner

Everything about our stay was pretty perfect! The location was ideal and close to two tube stations. As two young women we felt very safe and this was increased by how helpful the owner was! I can not praise Ozzie enough, he was so happy to assist us with anything we needed, and was very fast at replying to us. The room itself had everything we needed for the night the balcony was a bonus. We had a lovely stay thank you so much.
Nothing! Everything was very good. The only thing I would comment on is that the toilet can be quite noisy when flushing which surprised us.

7 mins from Wembley on the tube.
4 floors up. Lift not working. Very, very basic but was cleanish. Bathroom was a bit grim. Shower hanging off the wall. Tiles missing where they had attempted to mend it I guess? Plumbing not the best and toilet very, very noisy when anyone else used the plumbing.
