Cazarea este foarte bine întreținută, se face curățenie în cameră zilnic, este aproape de mare, piscina este in stare foarte bună, personalul foarte prietenos, iar camerele sunt foarte liniștite și nu se aude gălăgie de nici unde. Fiind cu un bebe de 18 luni cu noi, am avut mai multe cerințe, iar personalul a făcut tot posibilul să ni le satisfacă pe toate (am primit inclusiv pat de copil, cu tot ce avea nevoie, și chiar și scaun pentru masă).

I was a little apprehensive when booking the apartments due to the low prices but boy did the place not let us down. The apartments are a small complex surrounding a nice swimming pool area in a quiet location next to the Sunny Bay Beach. The apartment was basic with a nice kitchen area, large fridge freezer and nice comfy beds. For two people it was very spacious and was kept clean & tidy everyday with fresh towels and free beach towels which was a bonus. The apartments are ideally placed next to the coastal path towards Ayia Napa and the Sunny Bay Beach and there are a great selection of good quality restaurants & bars on the nearby Nissi Avenue. The apartments & facilities far exceeded our expectations, especially for the money we paid for our 11-night stay and we are already planning our return in 2027. Thank you very much Jonathan & Vicky

Eine familiäre, freundlich geführte, saubere Anlage - meistens auch ruhig, die tägliche Lärmkulisse kommt von außen. Die tägliche Reinigung ist sorgfältig und rücksichtsvoll. Die Lage zwischen zwei Buchten und zu den Bushaltestellen ist gut.

Auf Anweisung der Verwaltung hat die Haustür immer weit offen zu bleiben - ein willkommenes Einfallstor für Ungeziefer, Hitze und Stechmücken, die mühelos durch die Spalten auf allen Seiten der Wohnungstür eindringen. Dadurch verstärken sich die Probleme, die durch komplett fehlende Fliegengitter an allen Fenster- und Türflächen entstehen. Das kostet Nerven, Erholung und eben auch Bewertungspunkte. Weniger ins Gewicht fallen im Vergleich dazuMängel wie Defekte Leuchtmittel, fehlende kleine und große Messer sowie Schalen. Dass immer nach dem Duschen ein Teil des Badezimmers unter Wasser steht: na ja… Insgesamt stimmt dadurch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
