Fantastic location, centrally located for all the main sightseeing areas of Florence. Quirky apartment, good sized bedroom, air con was effective, quiet.

No tea towel!!! No instructions for using the appliances couldn't work out how to use the air con in the lounge (wasn't even sure that the unit was an air con unit as it looked completely different to the one in the bedroom) on the last day I found out it was in fact a very effective air con unit, unfortunately my son had already spent three nights sleeping in a very hot sweaty room by then! Similar story with the hob, kept using the large ring and pans were taking for ever to heat up, only to later realise that there is a button that switches on the outer part of the large ring, sounds simple but you don't know what you don't know and on holiday, you don't necessarily want to spend time going round the apartment googling how everything works! (Although that is how I eventually worked things out) A small paper guide or even a web page, as the company that operates the apartments has a website, would have made life easier. The table needs replacing, I get the look they are going for but it is where you eat your food, something that isn't chipped/cracked would be preferable.

good location, bathroom was original and clean, bedroom was big enough. they opened the AC before we arrived:)

The table and the couch in the living area were a little worn out, with stains on. No elevators. No coffee machine but a pot.
