It was very cozy and well suited for our family needs.
The beds were a little squeaky but overall comfortable.

Seclusion, privacy, responsive hosts, game room, amenities, tvs in every bedroom.
A good many of the deck boards are loose. The grill grate was rusted.

cleanliness and convenient location to a wedding in a rural area
double bed in upstairs BR had a broken frame. Had to put box spring and mattress on floor to sleep..
glassware was limited: one small glass, 3 stemware, rest was plastic
Came back from family wedding at 10:30pm, no water. Cleaning service was more helpful than the host. With instructions over the phone, we were able to get some water, but less pressure. None in upstairs bathroom. Had to go out at 11pm to buy 3 cases of water. Owner said it would take her a half hour to get there and did nothing to help just said these things happen with wells.
