Very clean and roomy. The pool looked good but we were unable to use it because the weather was too cold.

The home was true to the description and photos, light and bright and well stocked with basics for our stay. The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely return in the future.

The house was just like the pictures! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the house and the pool. Parking in the garage kept the car cool (it was very warm in Fresno during our visit) and the air conditioning was a relief whenever we went back to the house. The host was easy to communicate with and checked back with us to make sure everything was going well (it was). The living room was really appealing and well designed for groups with a great midcentury look, high ceiling, plenty of space on the comfy couches to gather round and play games or watch a game. We found it to be fairly peaceful whenever we were home.

The property itself is beautiful and very clean and in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by a lack of communication and a loss of privacy. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still in the home and that was not communicated to us. Then the stove wasn’t working when we checked in. Communication to resolve this was slow for an entire day, and only after I followed up and insisted did someone come to take a look the next day.The biggest issue, however, was with privacy. We had been told that pool and garden staff would come on Thursday morning, but the pool worker showed up unannounced on Wednesday morning. Then on Thursday around 3pm, while we were in the pool, two more workers unexpectedly entered the property for garden work. This lack of proper communication and unexpected access to the space left us feeling uncomfortable and diminished the sense of privacy we expected from a private Vrbo stay.Overall, the house itself is lovely and spotless, but clearer communication and respect for guest privacy would have made a significant difference in our experience.
