This house was great for my family. It was clean, spacious and had great amenities to keep three teen boys busy. The house was fully stocked with EVERYTHING one would need (I-always travel with pots, knives, toilet paper, soap- I didn’t have to get any of that out!) owners were very responsive and easy to work with! Thanks for a great week!!

Awesome!!! Our group was impressed once we arrived at the property. The property was clean and met the expectations as described on the website. We do this trip every year in October and this was the first time that we experienced a kitchen stocked with so many items and a great location. We met Brian the owner and what a wonderful and personable individual. We will definitely book the property in the future.

This is an excellent property for anyone looking to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. The house is enormous, with plenty of space/beds for large families or groups. Even better, the property is located exactly 1 block from the beach and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants as well. We were a group of 12 golfers and there was a bed for everyone! The house is exactly as advertised, and fully-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. What makes this property stand apart from most of the other options is the added amenities that are found at the house, an awesome game room, private pool, and use of a golf cart (if needed) to transport your gear to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and there is even an elevator to move from floor-to-floor (if needed too). This will be our "go to" property the next time we come back. Handicap accessible which was great for our 83 yr young Mom. Plus, plenty of fun games for our younger generations. Well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and other essentials. Pool was awesome, close to the beach and the golf cart made for easy transportation.

Everything listed is exactly what you will find, only better! Brian & Elayne were both very accommodating, quick to respond to any & all issues/questions. The elevator was super helpful with unloading, the game room was so much fun, the pool is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are huge! Bedding and mattresses so comfortable, we all slept like babies. We had two actual babies in our group & two cribs (& bedding) were provided as well as two highchairs! The golf cart made going to the beach & ice cream trips super easy & fun! The beach is so close, it’s absolutely walkable. Definitely will stay again!

Soggy Dollar II fit us perfectly. We had a great (if a little rainy) vacation. The location and distance to the beach is perfect. My granddaughter has a spinal cord injury and uses a wheelchair so the elevator is a must for us. The beach access at 25th Ave is level and accessible. The younger members if our griup enjoyed the pool table and games. Elayne and Brian are friendly and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to many more family vacations here.

We had a great time. The home was huge, much larger than we actually needed, but we really enjoyed it! Brian and Elayne stopped by to check on something and I got to talk with them. They were so nice and helpful. The walk to the beach was not far at all and the golf cart was perfect for those who needed it. Everything was clean, kitchen very well stocked and the teens (and adults lol) loved the game room! Great property!

We stayed here with family to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had people from 1-65 years old. The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Everything from baby gates and highchairs for the baby, to an elevator and a golf cart for the older ones. This place checked all the boxes. The location is great and close to the beach. The communication from the hosts is fantastic. I felt like they actually cared about our experience and worked with us on a last minute request. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed at the Soggy Dollar II for our family vacation. The location of the house was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of the beach. The golf cart helped with hauling coolers and chairs, and for quick rides around the neighborhood. Plenty of beds and space for all of the adults and kids, huge kitchen and dining area, and a pool sized just right.

Our extended family of 13 consisted of grandparents, teens, & young children. The elevator was so helpful, the kids & teens enjoyed the game room, and we all appreciated the clean & spacious rooms & bathrooms! When we had a question about the pool temperature, Brian responded quickly & was extremely friendly and helpful! The golf cart was fantastic and beach was a very short walk and a gorgeous spot. Pool was private and fantastic! Definitely a perfect place to stay!

We just came for a week with family ! We had 15 of us, kids and adults and the house was perfect! Spacious, clean, and stuff to do for kids when not at the beach or pool! Quick 3 min walk to the beach and a golf cart to use to transport all your things ! 5-7 mins from the Main Street with tons to do for kids or for a fun night out with adults ! Would definitely stay here again! Brian and his wife were very attentive as there was one mild issue that was resolved within hours ! We had a great time and we’re so lucky to have found this spot !

This was a wonderful place to take a large group, plenty of space for everyone. It is just a short walk to the beach or you can swim in the pool. Brain was quick to answer any of my questions. I would rent this house again.

This house was perfect for our family. We had 12 adults and 4 kids (1-7). We would have liked to have another bedroom, but we made it work with an air mattress.
Owners are great to work with and always responsive!
One of the adults was in a wheelchair due to a stroke. We did have a bit of an issue getting him in the shower. He ended up showering outside by the pool. The owner said he would take
the doors off for us next time.
The description online is very accurate. Very comfortable mattresses. Good pool. Close to ocean. Many amenities that other houses do not offer. We would definitely stay here again!
