The hotel is very nice, with good facilities, a great location, and a very good all-inclusive system, including food and drinks. It has a variety of restaurants, bars, and leisure areas, and the beach is very clean with plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant and bar staff is very friendly, always happy to help.

Although the hotel's policy says the bed sheets are changed every day, our room had the sheets changed after 4 days of stay, when we requested it because many days have passed. I was not OK that I had to request for the sheets to be cleaned and the reception telling me they already did the job, when clearly they haven't. It was extremely noisy, with people playing loud music until 4 in the morning right below our window, drinking and shouting, and the hotel staff didn't do anything to make them respect the sleeping hours and the other clients in the hotel. A lot of team buildings were done during our stay and we had a very hard time sleeping, having to personally tell the party people to shut up, because the hotel staff didn't intervene at all. I personally asked the reception to help, but nobody did anything and the noise was made every night. I understand the alcohol and fun, but on the official paper we received from the reception, the hotel specifically says that after 11 o'clock at night, people must respect the sleeping hours. It was not the case and they were left to do whatever they wanted, partying and drinking without limits. It really affected our stay and I felt I had no support from the hotel staff, who just said I was right and moved on, without even a "sorry".

Neuveritelne mily personal, uzasne jedlo a celkovo vyborny hotel priamo na pláži. Hned po prichode sme dostali welcome drink. Ubytovaní sme boli do par minút. Pláž bola hned cez mostík. Lehatok bolo dostatok ako pri bazene tak na pláži. V restauraciach bolo množstvo chutnych jedál, ktoré boli neustále doplnane. Ak sa niekomu nechcelo ísť na obed do hotelovej reštaurácie bol k dispozící plážovy bar so snackom (hranolky,nugety, šalaty, kebab...). Každy den bol pri bázene tematicky večer s hudbou a nasledne program v amfiteatri. Veľmi chvalim neustale usmiaty personál, ktorý sa neustale staral o čistotu hotela aj pohodlie ubytovanych.

De la check in unde trebuie sa astepti mult pentru ca este putin personal, cu masina parcata cum poti pentru ca locurile de parcare sunt inexistente ceea ce iti creeaza un disconfort din primele moemente la slaba organizare “ il gasiti pe cilegul meu afara “ va conduce el intr o parcare unde puteti lasa masina, nu stii care e colegul si asta e toata instructiunea primita. Sezlonguri insuficiente atat la plaja cat si la piscina daca ajungi dupa ora 9 sanse slabe sa gasesti un loc. Antifonarea camerelor inexistenta, de la trasul apei pana la cel mai mic sunet se auzea de parca se intampla langa tine. Per total o experinta extrem de slaba la un pret exorbitant de 1000 de euro pe noapte si la servicii sub nivelul de 4 stele. Noi am ales sa plecam cu o zi inainte de a se incheia vacanta.Nu recomand
