The location was great, and communication and check-in instructions from the host were helpful. It’s clear that effort went into matching the property to its online listing.
However, the cleanliness fell short of expectations:
There was hair left on the duvet.
The freezer compartment had a thick layer of ice built up on the ceiling.
Visible dirt had accumulated beside the fridge that could have easily been cleared with a quick vacuum or sweep.
With a more thorough clean between guests, this would be a much better stay.

Very central so great access to Bridgnorth
Because it is very central, it was noisy at night (opposite Costa Coffee and they come to replenish the store at night).

All fine no dramas

Location and layout great for 2 people
No shampoo conditioner or body wash which is very odd for Airbnb / booking.com rentals
