The views and the pool are absolutely amazing. Being away from the tourist area means you get more of a real Italian experience. There are 2 local villages in walking distance where you can grt groceries and there is a bar and restaurant in Termini. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The beds are quite hard and the property has quite a few things wrong (dodgy handles etc) but the view makes it all worth it. Make sure you bring your own swimming towels as these aren't provided. Unless you have a car you willl need to use the buses or taxis to get round which is quite expensive.

La ducha del baño en la habitación, era un grifo en la pared y un desagüe en el centro del baño, por lo que se inundaba y salía el agua hacia el dormitorio. La otra ducha propiamente ducha, estaba rota por lo que era inservible. Solo teníamos un aseo con ducha útil para 5

Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and offers breathtaking views. The sunsets were absolutely magical, creating unforgettable moments every evening. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to all the beautiful destinations along the Amalfi Coast, with most places reachable within 45 minutes to an hour. What made our experience even more special was Mariano. When our rental car suddenly broke down and we didn't know what to do, he went above and beyond to help us. He spent his personal time assisting us, contacting support, bringing equipment, and making sure we were able to continue our journey. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care meant a lot to us and our family. The entire team was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. For anyone looking for peace, relaxation, nature, and stunning views, I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much, Mariano, and thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Näköala oli aivan ihana! Keittiön varustelu hyvä. Isännät olivat ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Lapset tykkäsivät leikkiä pihalla ja aikuiset saivat nauttia auringonlaskuista. Kävelymatkan päässä (10-15 min) oli Schiazzanon pari ravintolaa, la Macina ja Terminin ravintolat. Uima-allas oli kiva lisä, vaikka vesi oli tähän aikaan jo kylmää. (Emme nähneet muiden asuntojen majoittujia altaalla).

Talossa oli varmaan hometta. Etenkin alemmissa huoneissa haisi ummehtuneelta ja ulkoseinästä näki, että se oli kostea. Sängyt olivat aika huonoja (jouset tuntuivat hieman läpi) sekä useampi tyyny oli liian iso ja kova. Busseilla oli vaikea liikkua, koska niitä menee harvoin lähikylistä (Googlen aikataulut eivät pitäneet paikkaansa). Talossa on 3-4 asuntoa. Tämä isäntä omistaa yläkerran 2 asuntoa.
