Großzügiges Apartment, hell, freundlich, gute Innenstadtlage. Ruhig, recht gut ausgestattet.

Eine Grundausstattung ( Pfeffer/ Salz ) wäre schön. Die oberen Schränke wären nur mit einer Leiter zu erreichen. Den Fernseher habe ich nur am ersten Abend zum Laufen gebracht - danach gab keine normalen Sender sondern nur Anfragen wegen Netflix-Codewörtern etc. obwohl ich nichts verstellt hatte...

Die FeWo war sehr gut, sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sie liegt zurückgesetzt in einem Innenhof im 2. Stock und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Da die FeWo keinen Parkplatz hat, teilte der Vermieter uns Vorab, sehr genau die Parkmöglichkeiten mit Zeitangabe und evtl . Kosten mit. Wir waren so gut vorbereitet.

Alles vorhanden was man für einen Selbstversorger Aufenthalt braucht (Sogar eine Waschmachine!). Genügend Stauraum, Flyer für Ausflugsideen, freundliche Kommunikation und unkomplizierte Buchung. Handtücher, etc sind bereits im Preis enthalten, die meisten rechnen das mittlerweile schon zusätzlich ab.

Wahrscheinlich nur für Familien mit Kleinkindern relevant: Vieles aus Glas (Deko am TV, Nachttische, Regal), kein Steckdosenschutz, … Ansonsten haben wir zu spät das Küchenunterbaulicht entdeckt und zuvor immer das überaus helle Deckenlicht genutzt 😅

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was calm, spotless, modern, and very well organized. It had everything we needed, including cooking equipment and even a selection of spices, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. For us, even with a child, this was not a problem, but it may be worth noting for guests with limited mobility. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment, especially outside the hottest summer days.

The only downside during our summer stay was that the apartment became very warm because it is located under the roof. The indoor temperature was around 30–31°C when we arrived, which made it difficult to cool down and sleep comfortably. We believe that improved insulation or a portable air conditioner would make a significant difference during hot weather. Another small point is that the mattress in the bedroom was quite soft. Guests who prefer firmer mattresses, especially those weighing over 50–60 kg, may find that it sinks a bit too much.
